- Government fees, apostille costs, and third-party charges are separate from our service fees
- We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with changes effective for new engagements only
6. Disclaimer of Guarantees
While we strive for the best outcomes, we cannot guarantee:
- Approval of any visa, residency, or incorporation application
- Specific tax savings or outcomes
- Processing times by government authorities
- That any jurisdiction's laws or policies will not change during your process
Our role is to prepare and submit applications to the highest standard, but final decisions rest with the relevant authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Leasum and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
