While we strive for the best outcomes, we cannot guarantee:

  • Approval of any visa, residency, or incorporation application
  • Specific tax savings or outcomes
  • Processing times by government authorities
  • That any jurisdiction's laws or policies will not change during your process

Our role is to prepare and submit applications to the highest standard, but final decisions rest with the relevant authorities.
