Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Leasum, we strive to deliver exceptional service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services.

2. Service Categories

Incorporation Services (LLC Formation, Company Setup)

  • Before filing: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee
  • After filing with government: No refund on government fees; service fee refunded at 50%
  • After completion: No refund

Immigration & Residency Services

  • Before application submission: Full refund minus a $200 administrative fee
  • After application submission: No refund on government fees or third-party costs; service fee refunded at 50%
  • After approval: No refund

Tax Consultation & Planning

  • Before consultation: Full refund
  • After consultation delivered: No refund
  • Ongoing advisory packages: Prorated refund for unused months

3. Government & Third-Party Fees

Government filing fees, apostille costs, notarization fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable once paid to the respective authority or provider. These fees are separate from our service fees.

4. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation or refund:

  1. Contact us at support@leasum.com with your order details
  2. Include your full name, service purchased, and reason for cancellation
  3. We will review your request within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfers: 10-15 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: Refunded at the USD equivalent at time of refund

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Application denied due to false or misleading information provided by the client
  • Client fails to provide required documents within the agreed timeframe
  • Client changes their mind after services have been substantially delivered
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

7. Service Guarantee

If we fail to deliver a service as described in your agreement, we will either:

  • Re-deliver the service at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund of our service fee

This guarantee does not extend to outcomes controlled by government authorities.

8. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may:

  1. Request a review by emailing legal@leasum.com
  2. Provide additional documentation supporting your request
  3. We will conduct a final review within 10 business days
